Job summary

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Per-Diem Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), or a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist, to treat upper extremity disorders with emphasis on custom splinting. The role is PRN with a flexible weekday schedule and is based at 265 West Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85704.

The team emphasizes a nationwide hand therapy program and ongoing education, including mentorship and access to CEUs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy.
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
• National registration and state licensure or registration required.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand therapy services for upper extremity conditions.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans with hand therapy goals.
• Collaborate with regional hand therapy coordinator and facilities.
• Utilize custom splinting techniques for pre- and post-op cases.
• Maintain high quality hand therapy documentation and communication with patients.

Position: Certified Hand Therapist (PRN)

Location: 265 West Ina Road Tucson, AZ 85704

Schedule: PRN Weekdays - Flexible Schedule

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00/Hr., pending experience

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Per-Diem Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a hand therapist who is skilled in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have what you need for success.
