Qualifications

• Licensed OT or PT in the state of practice
• Experience in hand therapy and custom splinting
• Certification as Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred or obtained
• Demonstrated marketing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper-extremity conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans with hand therapy goals

Compensation:

Hourly, Starting at $55.00/Hr., commensurate with experience

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a skilled hand therapist experienced in custom splinting. The Certified Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the necessary resources for success.

This position will provide coverage across multiple centers on Phoenix’s West Side.

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
• National registration and state licensure or registration rquired
• Previous,demonstrated marketing experience
• Solid experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license
