Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join its outpatient hand therapy team in Salem, Oregon. The role focuses on one-on-one hand therapy with collaboration with hand surgeons in a patient-centered environment.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly and annual compensation, and opportunities for leadership as the department grows. Oregon licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
