ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Salem, Oregon invites a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy team. This full-time OT or PT role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, close collaboration with hand surgeons, and a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will provide one-on-one hand therapy, develop personalized plans, and document care; the position includes a sign-on bonus and strong benefits, with opportunities for leadership as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Active CHT credential required.
• OT or PT license in Oregon or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in OT or PT required.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication.
• Excellent patient care and clinical reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
• Evaluate and treat upper extremity injuries and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using NextTech.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
