Description

We are looking for a Full Time Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team.

New and experienced Therapists are welcomed! As part of our Hand Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior OTs on everything from splinting to treatment of more complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands-on training, and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

Our hand therapy team works closely together to foster learning through hands-on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

Job Duties Include:

1. Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations
2. Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments
3. Directing patient care
4. Performing objective measures
5. Supervising with active participation of COTAs and non-licensed providers
6. Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
7. Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed
8. Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues

Pay Range:

• Sign-on Bonus
• $85,000 to $90,000 per Year for Occupational Therapist
• $98,000 to $105,000 per year for Certified Hand Therapist

*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills, experience, and/or certification.
