Axes Physical Therapy is actively seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our City Clinic. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with hand conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

The position requires HTCC certification, MO OT/PT license, CPR/First Aid, and strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or eligible for Missouri Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy License.
• Current Hand Certification by The Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook) and EMR programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in alignment with the organization's 8 core values.
• Functions as a cooperative, active member of the health care team.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and physician information.
• Participates in continuing education for professional growth.
• Maintains safety and infection control standards.
• Evaluates patients per physician order and administers treatments.
• Maintains accurate records and reports results of treatments.
• Assigns tasks to support staff as needed.
• Participates in program and service development and implementation.
• Practices OT/PT per MO Board and ACOE/ACOTE guidelines.
• Maintains patient treatment schedules and communicates with referrals.
