Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Hand Therapist for our Hand Therapy department at the Crestview Hills location.

The role is PRN, first shift, focusing on evaluating patients, developing goals, and implementing treatment plans to improve functional ability. The Occupational Therapist will educate patients and families, assist with discharge planning, and work under supervision within Hand Therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of work.
• Commitment to pursue CHT certification when eligible in Hand Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, set goals, establish and implement treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions and patient/family education; discharge planning.
• Supervise/mentor staff; document progress per policy; participate in PI/outcomes programs.
• Collaborate with hand therapy team and communicate with supervising CHT (PT/CHT or OT/CHT).
• Promote services and maintain professional standards per ethics and policy.
