Job summary

Orthopedic One is seeking an experienced hand therapy specialist to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of upper extremity conditions at multiple Columbus area locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in OT or PT, Hand Therapy Certification, and preferred Master’s in OT. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and improve patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
• Hand Therapy Certification is required.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates upper extremity diagnoses and plans care with patient and referring physician.
• Implements evidence-based rehabilitation for hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder girdle to restore function.
• Develops patient education and home exercise programs to maximize outcomes.
• Maintains thorough documentation and reports within required timeframes.
• Supports clinic scheduling and teamwork to maintain capacity and flow.
