Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer with ACE Certification to join our insurance technology team. The role focuses on configuration, customization, integrations, and ongoing support for Property & Casualty applications.

You will work in a hybrid/onsite setup in Toronto or remotely, contributing to submissions, quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while leveraging REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and strong SQL skills in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.
• Guidewire ACE Certification in Policy Center Configuration is required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, XML, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Guidewire Policy Center solutions including submissions, quotes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Provide integration support via REST/SOAP, and data modeling enhancements.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver insurance technology features.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
