This job provides safe, effective, and motivating group fitness classes for participants of all levels. It involves delivering cutting-edge classes, promoting fitness and positive self-esteem, providing leadership, and educating, monitoring, and encouraging all participants from beginners to advanced exercisers. Staying current with all fitness trends is essential.

Required - High School diploma or equivalent
Required - Experience working in a team environment
Required - Applicable certification for the specific group fitness class taught
CPR and AED certified

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, and grab with arms and hands, and stand for prolonged periods. No exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, and minimal occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.
Because of the healthcare setting, there may be occupational risks related to hazardous medications or waste.
