Essity Dover, DE is recruiting a Forklift Operator to move, load and unload materials safely in a warehouse environment. You will operate horizontal forklifts and pallet movers, maintain certification, and handle loading tasks at height with precision and adherence to safety standards.

You must have a certified forklift license and proven experience with high-reach or turret forklifts, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator license in accordance with local regulatory standards.
• Experience operating high-reach or turret forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate horizontal forklifts and pallet movers to transport goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain valid certification and comply with local regulations.
• Load and unload trucks and shelves per instructions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Support inventory movements and order preparation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Document daily warehouse operations and coordinate material movements.
