Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift operation experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move product safely throughout the facility.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and coordinate with shipping/receiving.
• Move palletized product to storage locations using proper stacking procedures.
• Perform pre- and post-shift forklift inspections and report issues.
• Maintain inventory movement records using the warehouse system.
• Support cycle counts and inventory processes as directed.
• Keep work areas clear and follow OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintain productivity benchmarks and assist with general warehouse tasks.
