Job summary

Refresco, the world’s largest bottler for retailers and A-brands, is seeking a warehouse associate to handle raw materials, operate forklifts, and support production lines. You will use SAP VMU, manage inventory, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced plant.

You will work with GMPs, QA guidelines, and a variety of warehouse software to ensure accurate material flow. Overtime and shift flexibility are required in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write job instructions in location language(s).
• Must perform basic computer functions.
• Must demonstrate basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Forklift certified by Refresco trainer.
• Capable of quick problem solving to resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software for tracking inventory and logistics.
• Basic computer skills for production software and data logging.
• Analytical thinking to optimize production parameters.
• Participation in safety audits to ensure a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE requirements in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow food quality and safety guidelines (SQF, etc.).
• Load/unload raw materials from trucks and verify quantities.
• Use SAP VMU on forklifts and in SAP transactions.
• Perform forklift operations and other warehouse tasks using VMU.
• Supply materials to production lines as required.
• Conduct pre-trip forklift inspections and safe handling of batteries/propanes.
• Complete other duties as directed by leadership.
• Maintain clean work areas and represent the company positively.
• Potentially operate production machinery as needed.
