Job summary

Empire Care Centers’ Lake City Center is seeking a Certified Food Services Manager to lead the Dietary Department with precision and expertise. In this role you will ensure nutritionally adequate meals, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and supervise staff to meet regulatory standards.

You will design weekly menus, manage food and supply budgets, coordinate orders with vendors, and provide insightful reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations.

Job Purpose:

Are you a skilled food services professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our long-term care facility is seeking a Certified Food Services Manager to lead the Dietary Department with precision and expertise. In this position, you'll be responsible for maintaining the Dietary Department in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and providing nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
