We are pleased to announce that CCPRS has secured a 5-year contract for the Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract V (PA TAC V) in the West zones, including states such as Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and others, as well as territories like Guam and American Samoa. Through this contract, SOL Engineering Services, LLC seeks qualified Mid-Level Certified Floodplain Managers with FEMA Public Assistance experience to support disaster recovery efforts nationwide.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Public Assistance (PA) experience is required, with at least 1 year of deployment at regional, state, or local levels, due to high demand for deployment considerations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in floodplain management, FEMA PA, or disaster recovery.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an FBI background check.
• Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations, policies, and guidelines (e.g., PA Handbook, Stafford Act).
• Proficiency in GIS software and floodplain mapping tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to mobilize within 24-48 hours and commit to a minimum 90-day deployment in remote/disaster areas.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods on varying terrain.
• Flexibility to work in different locations as required by FEMA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in providing excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with FEMA PA programs, including roles such as Site Inspector, Program Delivery Manager, or Debris Monitor.
• Completed trainings like Program Delivery Manager, Site Inspector, PA Operations, and Cost Estimating.
