Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality instruction in both practical flying and classroom settings, with a special emphasis on instrument flying, adhering to the high standards and structured environment of a Part 141 flight school.
  • Ensure all training is conducted safely and in accordance with FAA regulations and school policies.
  • Actively engage in the learning process, adapting teaching methods to meet the varied needs of students.
  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of aviation, especially regarding light sport aircraft and advanced avionics systems.
Requirements:
  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII) certification.
  • Weight under 200 lbs to accommodate our light sport aircraft (SportCruiser) specifications.
  • Minimum of 500 flight hours of training experience preferred; candidates with fewer hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new aircraft and technologies.
  • Availability for full-time work, including weekends, to support our students' schedules.
