We're seeking dedicated Certified Flaggers to join our road maintenance and construction team.

This role involves essential responsibilities in ensuring safe and efficient traffic control at various job sites.

Note: The actual job site address is in the Greensboro, NC area and will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform traffic control duties, including flagging and operating pilot vehicles.
2. Erect and dismantle temporary construction signs.
3. Signal and guide construction equipment operators.
4. Utilize hand tools for various tasks.
5. Clean equipment and perform minor repairs.
6. Adhere to all company and government safety procedures.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver's license with acceptable demerit point balance.
2. VDOT, MDOT, or ATSSA flagging certification.
3. Ability to travel out-of-town for 5-15 days at a time (occasionally).
4. Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
5. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
6. PPE - Steel Toe Boots, Hard Hat, Class 3 Vest.
