Qualifications

• Certified fitness professional with group fitness or personal training experience.

• Confident on the mic and in command of the room.
• Clear communication, intentional coaching, and positive energy in every class.
• Passionate about functional training, progressive programming, and member results.

• Provide movement corrections and personalized coaching.
• Build authentic relationships with members.

What We're Looking For
Were seeking high-performance Group Fitness Coaches who:

• Have hands-on experience leading group fitness or personal training sessions
• Hold a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar)
• Reside within 30 minutes of our Houston studio
• Are confident on the mic and in command of the room
• Communicate clearly, coach intentionally, and bring positive energy to every class
• Are passionate about functional training, progressive programming, and member results
• Value a collaborative team culture where coaches support each other and elevate the experience

Bonus Points For:

• A background in HIIT, strength-based training, or athletic performance coaching
• CPR/AED certified and safety-focused
