Job summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking a full‑time Fitness Coach to join a high‑tech studio. You’ll work with individuals or small groups, delivering personalized guidance, motivation, and ensuring safety with proprietary equipment. You will be paid for every hour worked, with no commission pressure.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness evaluations, delivering sessions, coaching exercise techniques, and monitoring progress via studio technology. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Therapy is a plus.
• AED/CPR certified (or willing to certify before training).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness evaluations and consultations
• Deliver one‑on‑one and small group training sessions
• Educate and coach clients on exercise techniques
• Monitor progress using studio technology
• Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling
