Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a motivated Certified Sprinkler Fitter to join our Arkansas team. You will install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems, ensuring high-quality, safe installations.

You will guide apprentices and field personnel while coordinating with the foreman to optimize project methods. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sprinkler experience, are safety-minded, and capable of working in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• 3 or more years of experience installing sprinkler systems.
• Demonstrated safety consciousness and OSHA compliance.
• Strong communication with team members and management.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Foreman to determine efficient methods for projects.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for each job, ensuring timely procurement.
• Ensure quality and safety controls, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Care for company vehicles, equipment, and tools, keeping them maintained.
• Assist in training field personnel on installation procedures.
• Provide technical support to apprentices and technicians to resolve issues.
• Respond to other duties assigned by Labor Supervisor/Project Foreperson.
• Undertake additional tasks as requested by management.
