Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• OSHA safety compliance and company safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Foreman to determine efficient methods for completing projects.
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Manage materials and equipment for each job to ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure quality and safety controls, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist in training of field personnel on proper installation procedures.
• Provide technical support to apprentices and other staff.
• Respond to other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools in good condition.
