At our companies, we believe our positive actions in one area connect to other areas, and make a difference for each other, our clients, our professions and our community. Together, we make a ripple effect of positive impact.

We forge and feed relationships that are mutually beneficial and satisfying, through knowledge, care and support. We call it our culture of symbiosis. And our shared values guide us in our everyday work together- Build Connection, Practice Curiosity, Bring Energy, Stay Humble and Think Big.

About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Certified Financial Planner® Professional to join our growing team and become a trusted advisor to our clients, steward of our community and partner to our team. In this role, you'll serve the firm's clients and work alongside our experienced, caring and knowledgeable team.

If you have at least three years of financial planning and wealth management experience and your CFP® designation, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a generous salary and benefits package, including paid time off, employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) offering and more.

We look forward to chatting about how we feel it's more than simply financial planning. It's making a difference in the lives of those around us—our clients, our community and each other.

What You'll Bring to Us:
  • Three or more years of financial planning and wealth management experience.
  • CFP® designation and Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses.
  • A proven ability to build trusted client relationships, deliver on commitments and provide comprehensive, holistic financial planning and advice.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to evaluate a client’s full financial picture and translate complex information into tailored strategies and clear next steps.
  • The confidence to guide clients through important financial decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly, professionally and credibly—in writing and in conversation.
  • A collaborative approach to working with investment, tax, legal and insurance professionals to coordinate strategies within a client’s comprehensive financial plan.
  • The expertise to implement wealth management strategies aligned with each client’s needs, service level and investment complexity, including the needs of high-value clients.
  • A proactive mindset for maintaining long-term client relationships, reviewing financial performance and adapting plans as life events, assumptions and markets evolve.
  • The ability to support firm growth by identifying and qualifying prospective clients, inspiring confidence in our approach and recognizing aligned business opportunities.
  • A strong working knowledge of the investment industry, including experience buying and selling securities such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds and annuities, and contributing to investment committee discussions.
  • The ability to cultivate relationships with clients and centers of influence, creating opportunities for trusted introductions and reciprocal referrals.
  • A disciplined commitment to fiduciary responsibility, professional standards and compliance with firm policies and requirements established by the firm’s BD-RIA, FINRA, the CFP® Board, the SEC and other industry regulators.
