The Exercise Coach – Scripps Ranch studio in San Diego is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small group instruction across ages. You will conduct initial consultations, track client progress, manage accounts, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment while delivering outstanding service.

No fitness experience is required, but prior training or instruction experience is a plus; comprehensive training in The Exercise Coach methods will be provided.

Qualifications

• Certification in The Exercise Coach Certification Course.
• Nutrition Playbook Certification Course.
• Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Good communication skills.
• People skills and energy.
• Working knowledge of exercise science.

Responsabilités

• Conducting initial consultations.
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education.
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics.
• Administration of client accounts, including completion of all necessary forms, credit card charges and data entry.
• Contribute to and oversee the maintenance of a clean and well-organized studio.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Formation

College degree in health-related field (nice, not required)
