Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Systems Analyst who will analyze business needs, define requirements, develop solutions, implement systems, and manage installed applications in support of Business and Clinical applications.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in healthcare, with Cadence certification and strong communication and leadership skills. Flexible onsite requirement includes being on site at least three times annually.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cadence certification required; Referral and Prelude certifications preferred.
  • 2 years of experience providing systems analysis support.
  • Experience in health care environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to document processes and present findings in PowerPoint.
