Valiant TMS, a global industrial automation company, is seeking a Certified Electrician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in automotive manufacturing and industrial construction environments. You will read schematics, install conduit, MCCs, transformers, and support robotics and automated equipment while ensuring NEC and OSHA compliance.

3–5 years of industrial experience, Michigan license, and apprenticeship completion are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
• Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing facilities or industrial construction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automation is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsabilités

• Install, test, and commission electrical systems in automotive manufacturing and industrial construction environments.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Install conduit, cable tray systems, wiring, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and distribution panels.
• Perform electrical connections for robotics, conveyors, automated assembly equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation systems during installation and start-up.
• Conduct inspections and electrical testing to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Follow applicable standards including NEC, OSHA regulations, and Michigan electrical codes.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and commissioning teams to meet project schedules.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in all required safety programs.

If you have experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, industrial equipment, automated production lines, robotics, and facility infrastructure while ensuring compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety regulations, this opportunity is for you.

What you’ll get to do

• Install, test, and commission electrical systems in automotive manufacturing and industrial construction environments.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams.
• Install conduit, cable tray systems, wiring, switchgear, transformers, motor control centers (MCCs), and distribution panels.
• Perform electrical connections for robotics, conveyors, automated assembly equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation systems during installation and start-up.

• Follow applicable standards including the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and Michigan electrical codes.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
• Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program
• Experience in automotive manufacturing facilities, assembly plants, or industrial construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA requirements, and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings
• Experience working with PLCs, robotics, motor controls, and automation systems is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Preferred Experience:
• • Major Automotive OEM or related supplier operations
  • Medium-voltage electrical systems and commissioning activities
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and NFPA 70E safety practices
• Certifications:

• • Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician License
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • NFPA 70E Training
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Work Authorization:Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
