Job summary

ExactHire is seeking a Certified Electrical Technical Officer to work aboard a vessel on a 28/28 rotation in Suriname. The CETO will oversee operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting the ship's electrical systems to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications include Seaman's book, MMC, STCW, DP licenses, DP maintenance certificate, and a detailed CV showing rank, DP class, GRT, propulsion power, and sign-on/off dates, with at least one year of sea experience on a similar vessel.

• STCW and DP licenses required.
• 1 year sea experience on equivalent vessel in a similar position.
• CV with rank, Operator's Names, Name, Type, GRT, DP Class, Propulsive Power, Sign-on/Sign-off dates.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and manage the vessel's electrical systems.
• Ensure reliability and safety of electrical installation on board.
• Report faults and coordinate with engineering team during rotations.
