RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Certified Echocardiograph Technician to join the Non-Invasive Cardiac Lab at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. The position involves inpatient/outpatient echocardiograms, stress echo, and TEE procedures, with emphasis on patient identification, infection control, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program.
• License: RCS or ARDMS.
• Certification: BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms, stress echos, and TEE procedures.
• Assist physicians with stress echo and transesophageal testing workflows and prepare results for interpretation.
• Verify physician orders, confirm patient identification, and provide patient prep instructions.
