Job summary

Century HCC is seeking a Full Time Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee dietary services in a skilled nursing setting. The role includes staff scheduling, coaching, budgeting, and ensuring safe, sanitary food handling and service for residents.

Responsibilities also cover participating in care planning, QAPI initiatives, and meetings with residents. Proficiency in Excel and Word, plus food purchasing/inventory knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• 1 year experience in food service management in skilled nursing setting.
• Evening and weekend availability as needed.
• Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Intermediate computer skills.
