Amount: $1,500 for Dental Assistants with more than 5 years of qualified experience or $1,000 for Dental Assistants with 2-5 years of qualified experience.
Our Signing Bonus is payable in two installments: 50% after 30 days of employment with satisfactory performance, then 50% after 90 days of employment with satisfactory performance.

Your Impact
As our Dental Assistant, you'll be the cornerstone of the client experience, ensuring flawless operations and unparalleled care. You will:
- Provide elite chairside support during a wide range of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures
- Fabricate high-quality single and multi-unit temporaries with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
- Maintain treatment rooms and clinical systems to an impeccable standard
- Capture 2D and 3D radiographs and digital scans with precision
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain efficient clinical flow throughout procedures
- Ensure every patient experiences exceptional comfort, professionalism, and confidence in their care
- Educate patients clearly on oral health, home care, and post‑operative instructions
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols without compromise
- Assist with digital documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure seamless practice operations through inventory management and scheduling
