Job summary

BATZ AND WEINER LAKE DENTAL CO is seeking a qualified Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures and perform administrative duties such as scheduling.

The ideal candidate has a current CDA or RDA license, at least two years of experience, and strong communication and patient-care skills to create a welcoming dental experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current CDA certificate or DANB RDA license.
• Minimum of two years of dental assisting experience.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure comfort.
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions.
• Take vital signs and record medical history accurately.

• Adhere to health, safety regulations and office policies.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
• Previous experience as a dental assistant
