Qualifications

• Must hold valid NCCCO or equivalent crane operator certification.
• Minimum 5 years of crane operation experience in industrial, construction, or maintenance environments.
• Proficiency with multiple crane types and load charts.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with crew.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in confined or elevated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes to lift and move materials and equipment.
• Execute lifts according to job plans and load charts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes.
• Coordinate with rigging crew and signalers to ensure safe handling of loads.
• Maintain lift plans and incident reports; provide updates to supervisors and project managers.
• Participate in safety meetings and stay current on crane technology and best practices.
