Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Certified Crane Operator for a 2–3 month project on a new construction data center site in South Dallas, TX. You will operate an 80-ton telescopic crawler crane, with 50–60 hours per week and a schedule starting soon.

The role requires NCCCO Certification, TLL Endorsement, OSHA 10, and a current DOT Card, plus 3+ years experience on RT cranes and familiarity with high-activity construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must have NCCCO Certification, TLL Endorsement, OSHA 10, and current DOT Card.
• Experience operating telescopic crawler cranes is required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience on RT cranes.
• Experience working in new construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate 80-ton telescopic crawler crane on a new construction data center project.
• Coordinate lifts with site team and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain communication with rigging crew and foreman to ensure safe, efficient lifts.
