McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Certified Crane Operator to safely operate our Lattice Boom Crawler Manitowoc 555. The right candidate will be willing to perform other duties outside the cab and travel 100% as required.

We are a drug-free workplace and require drug testing and background checks. The role requires strong communication with boat captains, foremen, and laborers to deliver high-volume, high-quality work in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Certified crane operator with NCCCO certification.
• Crane operating experience on lattice boom crawler cranes.
• Experience operating cranes on water preferred.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate lattice boom crawler crane safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with boat captains, foremen, and laborers to ensure quality.
• Be willing to perform laborer duties and other tasks as needed.
