The Certified Crane Operator will operate a Lattice Boom Crawler Manitowoc 555 and may perform related duties outside the cab while maintaining safety and quality. This role requires willingness to travel 100% and to communicate effectively with boat captains, foremen, and laborers in high‑volume, time‑sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• NCCCO Crane Certification for Lattice Boom Crawler and RT cranes.
• Crawler crane experience required.
• Prior experience operating cranes on water preferred.
• Pass a drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Functions with regular supervision from managers/supervisors.
• Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Must be willing to get out of equipment and assist with laborer duties as needed.
