Job summary

Amada Senior Care the Villages is hiring licensed CNAs and HHAs to service senior clients in private residences in the Sumter, Lake, and Marion counties area. Roles offer shifts from 4 to 12 hours, with weekly pay and base pay ranging from $15 to $22 per hour, potentially higher depending on client needs.

New hires begin after orientation, with wages paid weekly via direct deposit and employment structured as W2 employees.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification required.
• CNA license or HHA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations.
• Successful completion of Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with personal care activities.
• Assist patients with mobility.
• Meal preparation and planning.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional support.

Hiring CERTIFIED CNAs and HHAs

Pay ranges between $15.00-$22.00 (base pay). Pay could be more depending on the client and their level of care. We offer weekly pay and direct deposit. We are a W2 employer.

Are you looking for a rewarding job that provides a sense of joy and fulfillment? We are seeking licensed and certified CNAs/HHAs to service our senior clients in their private residences. We vet all new clients before we send any caregivers to any location to ensure a safe work environment.

New hires can start taking shifts as soon as the next day after completing orientation.

Must be able to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
