Job summary

Family Circle of Care in Palestine, TX seeks a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant / Patient Services Representative to provide both clinical and administrative support. The role rotates between medical assistant duties and front-desk tasks to assist patients throughout their visit.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, obtain vital signs, and assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Perform front-desk duties: greet patients, schedule appointments, check-in/check-out, and verify demographics/insurance.
