Qualifications

• De-escalation training certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; CCLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling or behavioral therapy to assist patients in managing difficulties.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
• Facilitate group sessions and educational programs to improve coping and mental health.
• Document patient interactions and maintain confidential records per policy.
• Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies to support recovery.
