Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Certified Cherry Picker Operator in Baytown, TX. You will safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve, move, and store inventory, following safety procedures and quality standards.

The shift runs 5am-2:30pm with competitive weekly pay. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cherry picker certification and warehouse experience, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year current cherry picker certification and hands-on operating experience.
• Experience in warehouse, order-picking, or material-handling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cherry picker to retrieve, move, and put away inventory at elevated warehouse locations.
• Pick orders accurately using scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
