The role you’ll contribute:
Serves as the day-to-day lead encompassing multiple service lines. Assist with development and implementation of multiple service lines. Navigates patients through their diagnosis and treatment ensuring timely services. The Navigator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration, and staff while tracking the progress of programs and identifying areas that require attention. The Navigator is responsible for participating in program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and administrative activities within the key service lines.
