The role you’ll contribute:

Serves as the day-to-day lead encompassing multiple service lines. Assist with development and implementation of multiple service lines. Navigates patients through their diagnosis and treatment ensuring timely services. The Navigator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration, and staff while tracking the progress of programs and identifying areas that require attention. The Navigator is responsible for participating in program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and administrative activities within the key service lines.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with hospital administrators, the Center medical director, other physicians, and key staff.
  • Has extensive knowledge of breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Contribute to build out the breast health program and oversee the day-to-day facility operations within the center.
  • Contribute to build out the digestive health program and oversee the day-to-day facility operations within the center.
  • Develop standardized care plans with the surgeons including pre-op, post-op and discharge orders.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • High School diploma or equivalent upon hire.
  • Successful completion of an approved central service technician course or competency certification through national organization (IAHCSMM or NICHSPDP/CBSPD) upon hire.
  • Three (3) years’ experience as Central Sterile Processing Technician upon hire.
  • One to two years’ experience in processing and sterilization upon hire.
  • Current Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certificate upon hire.
