Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station is seeking a Certified CDJR Service Technician to join our high-performing service team. You’ll work on the full CDJR lineup using OEM diagnostic tools and factory procedures, delivering quality workmanship and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive technician experience, CDJR certifications preferred, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• CDJR certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, and service information systems.
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Stay current with OEM training and certification requirements.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals.
