Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO, seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab. The role requires RCIS/RCES or ARRT credentials and BLS, with 1+ year cath lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RCIS/RCES/RT(CI) ARRT required
• BLS required
• 1+ year cardiac cath lab experience preferred
• CSA/CST/ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
• Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra‑aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
• Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
