All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Washington, DC. You will assist with daily living tasks, meals, transportation, and companionship, delivering person-centered care in the comfort of clients’ homes.

Roles include administering medications as delegated, monitoring client condition, and coordinating with the care team. A CNA license and a DMV‑eligible driver’s license help ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes.
• Maintains accurate communication and reports changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
