Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring Certified Caregivers in WA. You will provide in-home personal care, assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility, and monitor client well-being with compassionate support. Role involves scheduling flexibility and local travel to clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving in client homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support personal needs, comfort and safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications as delegated per state rules; nurse delegation certificates when required.
• Assist with passive range of motion when credentialed and trained.
• Record changes in client condition for the care team; maintain clear communication.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintains accurate communication and reports changes in client condition to the appropriate care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
