Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking Certified Caregivers to join our team supporting memory care and assisted living residents. This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Caregiver.
• 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting is ideal.
• Able to work weekends
• Diligent in paper work
• Excellent work ethic
• Great assessment skills
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Responsabilités

• Provide care and support to residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Assist with daily living activities and memory care tasks as needed.

Looking for Full Time, Part time and Per Diem Certified Caregivers.

• FT Memory Care - with day and evening shift availability (6-2:30pm; 2:00-10:30pm) with Memory Care experience preferred.
• PT Assisted Living - with day, evening, and overnight shift availability (6 - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm and 10pm to 6:30am). Assisted Living experience preferred.
• PRN for both AL and MC - with day, evening and overnight shift availability (6 - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm and 10pm to 6:30am). Assisted Living and Memory Care experience preferred.

Job Requirements:
