Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Anthem is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Med Techs to support residents in a senior living community. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, medication management as allowed by state, and documenting progress daily.

If you are someone with:

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• AZ Caregiver certification or two years previous experience as a caregiver
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
