Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors in Phoenix is seeking caring individuals to join our team as in-home caregivers. We offer both full-time and part-time roles across Central Phoenix, South Phoenix, and the West Valley, with a thorough training program and ongoing education.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with healthcare options and opportunities for career advancement in senior care. A supportive work environment and flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certification is required.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card required.
• Negative TB test required (Arizona).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona) required.
• Two forms of valid identification.
• Ability to pass background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Minimum age: 25.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation.
• Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care.
