Beatitudes Campus, a senior living community in Phoenix, is seeking an experienced Apartment Turns Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. You will perform painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical work, carpentry, appliance replacements, and final inspections to ensure a welcoming home.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, and a customer-service mindset focused on older adults.

Apartment Turns Technician

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Turns Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands that every apartment they prepare will soon become someone's home. What You'll Do

• Painting and drywall repair
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Carpentry and general maintenance
• Appliance and fixture replacement
• Cabinet, door, hardware, and trim repairs
• Flooring touch-ups and minor repairs
• Final move-in-ready inspections
• Unit cleaning and preparation to ensure a welcoming first impression
