Silver Birch Living is seeking Certified Caregivers to join our Midtown team in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll help ensure residents enjoy a high quality of life by providing hands-on support, kindness, and daily care that makes them feel safe and cared for.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Arizona Certified Caregiver license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Current food handler’s card and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents with compassion and respect.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Measure, record, and report vital signs as needed.
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
