Job summary

Bonaventure of Vancouver is seeking caring individuals to join our close-knit team as Caregivers. Starting wages range from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with paid training and no experience required for the Caregiver role.

Must be CNA/HCA certified and able to pass a background check and drug test. We value compassion, reliability, and a dedication to helping seniors maintain independence in a warm, supportive community.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance to residents (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Answering resident call lights in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, vendors and outside providers.
• Administering medications.
• Complete charting on residents daily.
• Inputting medication orders into MAR (Medication administration record).
