Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring for a full-time caregiver role in Chandler, AZ. You will assist residents with daily living activities, transport residents to activities and meals, and respond to emergencies while upholding care plans and safety standards.

The position requires an Arizona Caregiver Certificate, CPR certification, and English proficiency. Shift is Sunday–Thursday, 2:00–10:00pm, with benefits including insurance options and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certificate is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, personal environment).
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident/visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review resident care plans and obtain vital signs per protocol.
